Siji Jo has been passionate about martial arts since she was a little girl. She began her martial arts journey as a child with a Vietnamese martial art called Vovinam. She went on to learn a bit of Aikido as an adult until finally discovering Tai Chi Chuan and Wing Chun Kung Fu. Siji Jo achieved her Silver Sash in 2018 at Eastern Kung Fu Academy and helps instruct in most Young Dragons classes. She has competed in internal and external martial arts tournaments and successfully achieved Gold medals in her divisions. She desires to learn the complete Wing Chun Kung fu system and help pass this art down to future generations of students. 

Professionally, Siji Jo is a registered Pharmacist and has a Post Grad degree in Psychology. She is also a mother of two amazing boys. Not the traditional ‘business-minded’ person you would expect but the key attribute Siji Jo brings to the Eastern Kung Fu team as Managing Director is incredible discipline. The key here is that she is always motivated to help people and her academic accolades are the Segway for demonstrating that passion for helping people. Whilst juggling parenting and studying, she managed to learn and produce a short film she starred in. A critical issue for many businesses failing is focusing and finishing; something Siji Jo does with ease and flair.
